A Community Center
Newby's Community Center is located in Malawi about two hours south of the capital. It is close to the Bunda College of Agriculture the biggest college of its kind in the country. The project itself is going to include spaces for community development, business events, meditation, and places for people to stay.
A Place to Gather
The cafe is located at the beginning of the project because it is the most public space. The warm and inviting space will draw people in and create a place where people can gather for a meal.
A Place to Learn
The library is a place where people will come to learn. The wealth of knowledge along with the opportunity to work alone or with a larger group will bring people here to work together and learn.
